A workshop for
everyday riders.
A bicycle can be transport, a habit and a favourite thing all at once. We treat it with the care that deserves, whether it is a much-used commuter or a road bike with a carefully chosen set of parts.
Our approach is hands-on and conversational. Tell us how you ride and what is wrong. We will inspect the bike and explain what it needs.
Repair where
it makes sense.
Adjustment, maintenance and replacement do different jobs. We explain which one the bike needs and why. A service estimate should help you decide, not leave you decoding a list of unfamiliar components.
When compatibility, condition or parts availability changes the options, we make that part of the discussion.
The workbench rhythm.
Tell us what you notice.
A sound, a change in braking, a rough shift, or simply how long the bike has been standing. Everyday words are fine.
Agree the work.
We inspect the bike, separate essential repairs from optional work and explain the parts and labour before starting.
Leave with the details.
At collection, we go through the work, explain any follow-up care and give you a record of what changed.
The right work
for the right workshop.
Some bikes and components require particular tools, training or manufacturer support. Let us know about electric drive systems, specialist suspension, unusual transmission parts or frame damage before the visit.
We identify the work we can assess and the work that needs a relevant specialist. A careful handover matters more than trying to do every job.
