Are parts included?
Parts are listed separately in the estimate so you can see what is being replaced and why. Labour depends on the work agreed after inspection.
Can I bring my own parts?
Tell us what you have before the visit. We check compatibility and condition; bringing a part does not mean it will suit the bike or the repair.
Do you work on electric bikes?
Tell us the make and drive system before bringing an electric bike. Mechanical work and electrical diagnostics have different requirements; battery and motor work needs the appropriate specialist.
How long will the work take?
We discuss timing after looking at the bike and checking parts requirements. If something changes during the job, the work list and collection plan are reviewed with you.
