The daily programme runs from 8:30 to 3:30, with arrival, play, outdoor time, lunch, a quieter afternoon and collection. A calendar of term dates and planned closures is shared with families before starting.
Attendance patterns, fees and start arrangements are discussed as part of admission. The written agreement sets out what is included and the arrangements for changes, absence and notice.
A bag for

- Spare clothes, including socks
- Comfortable footwear and suitable outdoor clothing
- A familiar comfort item where agreed for settling or rest
- Any personal care supplies agreed with the setting
Choose clothes that can get marked or muddy, and label belongings so we can return them to the right family.
Lunch together.
A quieter afternoon.
Lunch is part of the shared daily routine. Adults help children take part at the table and keep the pace unhurried.
Dietary requirements, allergies and individual care arrangements are discussed privately before admission and recorded through the appropriate process. Do not include health information in a general website enquiry.
After lunch, there is space for rest and quieter activity. Children who do not sleep can spend time with books or gentle play, with adults nearby.

Let the setting know about absence, a change in collection arrangements or something that affects the daily handover. Collection permissions and contact details are confirmed through the admission process.
If a child is unwell, contact the setting before arrival to discuss the applicable attendance policy. Personal care and health matters belong in a private conversation.
