Morning arrival
The gate opens at 8:00am and the school day begins at 8:15. Children go to their classroom or advisory meeting. Families check in at reception when visiting during the school day.

Dismissal
Lower School dismissal is 3:00pm and Middle School dismissal is 3:15pm. Pickup arrangements are confirmed through the school’s family communication process.
Lunch & snack
Students bring lunch from home. Drinking water and a shared snack are part of the day. Individual food or health arrangements are handled directly with the school, outside this website.
Afternoon care
Optional afternoon care runs after dismissal until 5:30pm. It includes supervised outdoor time, a quiet work period and simple activities. The charge is $18 per afternoon.
Clothes & materials
There is no uniform. Everyday clothes should suit outdoor play and studio work, with closed-toe shoes. Teachers share class-specific preparation through the family bulletin.
Staying in touch
A Friday bulletin covers class work, reminders and the coming week. Scheduled autumn and spring conferences give families time to discuss learning with teachers.
Changing plans
Keep the right adult in the loop.
Absence notices, a different pickup arrangement or a time-sensitive school-day question go through the school’s family communication process. The public tour form does not handle those messages or keep attendance records.
