Questions

Before we begin.

Do I need to identify the fault?

No. Tell us what you have noticed and where it happens. Assessment is part of the service visit.

Can I choose the light fittings?

Yes. Share the product details in the project conversation so the fittings and installation requirements can be reviewed together.

Can you work with a builder?

Yes. We coordinate the electrical scope and sequence with the project contact and related trades.

How is the price agreed?

The proposed scope and price are explained before the work proceeds. Additional findings are discussed before the scope changes.

Will every job be completed in one visit?

That depends on the assessment, access, equipment and parts required. We explain the next step if another visit or coordination is needed.

Can this request confirm a service time?

No. A service time and access arrangements need to be agreed separately.
