Your first visit
Start with
a proper hello.
A new salon is a new place for the dog as well as the owner. The first conversation makes the visit clearer.

Before arriving
Know what the salon needs to arrange.
Discuss the general service, the dog’s size and coat, and the practical handover and collection arrangements. Before confirming a visit, the salon explains any other information it needs.
The public enquiry is only for general contact and service preferences; it is not the place for health records or private documents.
At the handover
Talk about the work, then the day.
The groomer meets the dog and reviews the service being considered. Tell us the finish you would like and how your dog responds to being handled, so we can agree a suitable plan.
The collection arrangement is agreed so the owner knows the next step.
