The salon’s bathing and grooming areas support different parts of the visit. Tools and materials are prepared for the agreed work, and the groomer considers the dog’s response as the process moves on.

Dogs respond differently to a new place. We watch how yours is getting on and discuss adjustments when needed.

Before the groom, we agree the service and collection arrangements with you. When you return, we explain what we have done and answer questions about care at home.
