Prepare a vegetarian meal with other adults, then sit down to eat together. We provide the ingredients, equipment and a host to help things along.

You don’t need cooking experience. Bring yourself and a little curiosity.

A little useful
information.

Can I drop into the market?
Yes. The community market is drop-in on Wednesday, 10 am to 1 pm. No referral or advance registration is needed. Bring a reusable shopping bag if you have one.
How do I join the kitchen or a workshop?
Choose a program on the Visit page and prepare an enquiry. Kitchen and workshop arrangements are made separately.
Do I need any experience?
No previous cooking or workshop experience is needed. Hosts introduce the activity, and materials and equipment are provided.
Can I volunteer?
Adult volunteers can choose a program interest and share their contact details on the volunteer page. A host introduces the work and discusses suitable arrangements.
