morrowOBJECTS & VINTAGE FURNITURE

How we choose

Wood, upholstery
and stoneware.

Four pieces chosen for their proportions, finishes and different uses in a room.

Sculptural seating, storage and ceramic objects in a quiet room

The first impression

Look at the whole outline.

A piece is seen from more than one side. The open space below a seat, the depth of a cabinet and the weight of a vessel can matter as much as the front view. We choose pieces with distinctive shapes that sit comfortably alongside furniture you already own.

Each piece has its own page with measurements, materials and condition notes.

The description

Keep the facts and the impression separate.

A visual character is not a maker attribution. A surface mark is not proof of age. Dimensions, material and condition are described separately from any provenance claim.
