Questions

A clearer picture
before your appointment.

Useful answers about the visit, care decisions and practical arrangements.

Will the first visit include treatment?

The first visit begins with a conversation and assessment. The clinician then discusses whether care is appropriate and what is being proposed. Treatment is not an automatic part of arriving for an appointment.

Can I take time to decide?

Yes. You can ask about the proposed approach, alternatives, expected benefits and risks before agreeing. You can also pause the conversation or decline an approach.

How many visits will I need?

There is no set course for everyone. If follow-up is proposed, the discussion includes its purpose and when to review what has changed. A plan can be reconsidered.

What should I wear?

Choose ordinary clothes you feel comfortable sitting and moving in. Tell the team ahead of time if there is a practical adjustment that would make the visit easier.

Does insurance cover the visit?

Coverage depends on your policy and the service. Ask about the practice fee and check any limits, referral requirements and out-of-pocket costs with your plan before arranging care.

A question of your own

Keep practical questions simple.

Use the visit request to identify whether you are considering a first visit, returning to Linea or need help with an arrangement. Personal health-history questions are part of the clinical visit.
