Ellis leads the clinical visit, from the first history and assessment through the discussion of care options. The conversation connects the findings to the activities and concerns you bring.
Questions about a proposed approach, your response to care or the reason for a follow-up belong with Ellis. Where another professional may be better placed to help, that is part of the next-step discussion.
Visit coordination
Morgan helps you prepare for the appointment and understand its practical arrangements. That includes explaining the visit process, collecting general contact details and helping with questions about fees.
The coordinator does not assess symptoms or recommend treatment. Clinical questions are directed to the clinician so the answer can be considered in the right setting.
Continuity
At a return visit, your clinician reviews the previous discussion and what has changed. You can bring questions that occurred to you after leaving, including anything you want explained differently.
