Adult chiropractic care. A conversation, an assessment, and a considered next step.

Adult chiropractic care

Care that starts
with how you move.

Bring the everyday things that have become difficult. We begin with a conversation about your muscles, joints and movement.

At Linea

Start with an assessment.
Make sense of the options.

Chiropractic care often involves hands-on approaches for musculoskeletal concerns. At Linea, the discussion comes first: what you are experiencing, what an assessment can tell us, and what a proposed approach may offer.

A place to settle in.

The bench beside the window gives you somewhere to sit before your appointment. Our visit coordinator helps with the practical details and lets your clinician know you have arrived.

About the practice

Your first visit

Time to put
the pieces together.

The full first-visit guide
  1. Your conversation

Talk through what has changed, what you have noticed and the activities that matter to you.

  2. Your assessment

Your clinician takes a history and examines movement as appropriate to the concern you bring.

  3. Your next step

Discuss the findings, the options and whether care here or another professional is appropriate.

Your part in the decision

You should understand
what is being proposed.

We explain the approach, expected benefits and risks, and alternatives. There is room to ask a question, take time, or decide against care.

Beyond the appointment

For the things
you do every day.

It helps to know the particular activity you want to return to or find easier. That might mean sitting through a work meeting, taking your usual walk, or getting through household tasks.

When you return

A plan deserves
a second look.

A follow-up is a chance to review what has changed since the last visit. We discuss your response, any questions and whether the proposed next step still makes sense.

About follow-up visits

Before you arrange a visit

A few useful answers.

Will the first visit include treatment?

The first visit begins with a conversation and assessment. The clinician then discusses whether care is appropriate and what is being proposed. Treatment is not an automatic part of arriving for an appointment.

Can I take time to decide?

Yes. You can ask about the proposed approach, alternatives, expected benefits and risks before agreeing. You can also pause the conversation or decline an approach.

How many visits will I need?

There is no set course for everyone. If follow-up is proposed, the discussion includes its purpose and when to review what has changed. A plan can be reconsidered.
