Your project / Records & handover

Completed work.
Records in one place.

We assemble the agreed project record, reconcile provider documentation and make remaining actions visible to the facility team.

Keep the documents
connected to the job.

Groundwork maintains the scope, stream references, provider contacts and agreed changes through the project. At handover, we bring those records together with the documentation supplied for collection, receiving and any specialist work.

We check the record against the agreed work package, follow up on missing items and identify exceptions that remain open. The customer receives a usable project file and a summary of what needs attention.

An incomplete record is marked as incomplete. The closeout summary identifies the document or action still required and the party responsible for it.

Provider records and specialist reports retain their original authorship. Groundwork’s coordination summary does not replace a required manifest, certification or technical conclusion.
