What follows the first review

We review the supplied information, identify the gaps and agree which specialists or providers need to be involved. The next output is a work package describing the streams or areas, responsibilities, dependencies and required receiving arrangements.
Once the scope is agreed, we coordinate the provider activity and maintain a record of changes. Collection or site work begins only after the relevant information, acceptance and arrangements have been confirmed.

The project record identifies the change, the agreed response and any follow-up. That keeps the work aligned with the facility’s actual conditions rather than the first version of a brief.
