Elena leads conversations about the proposed work, the relevant business relationships and the decisions ahead. Her role is to connect the legal detail to the commercial purpose of the engagement.
Formation, agreements and disputes often involve more than a document. The people involved may have different expectations, responsibilities or priorities. Making those differences clear is part of understanding the work.
