What kinds of projects do you take on?
Machined components, fabricated parts and mechanical assemblies for equipment, products and industrial applications. We review the actual scope before accepting a project.
Can a project combine machining and fabrication?
Yes. Machined parts and fabricated components can be coordinated with finishing and assembly where those services are in the agreed scope.
Can you work from an existing part?
An existing part can help explain what you need. Before production, we agree the drawings or specification and the checks the finished part must meet.
Do you help with development parts?
Yes. Tell us what the part is intended to test or demonstrate, the current design stage and the quantity you need.
What if the material is undecided?
Describe the application and any known requirements. Material selection is reviewed before the project specification is agreed.
What inspection records can I request?
Explain the checks and records you need during project review. The inspection scope and supporting documentation are agreed before work begins.
Can you provide assembly as well as parts?
Yes. We review the bill of materials, assembly definition, purchased components and acceptance requirements as part of the build scope.
How are lead time and price established?
They depend on the reviewed scope, material, quantity, production work and handoff requirements. The initial overview does not calculate a price or reserve production time.
