The cavity
The internal space and the features it needs to accommodate.
CNC machining
We make milled and turned parts for equipment, products and assemblies. The approved drawing and specification guide the material choice, machining and inspection.

The cavity, mating surfaces and mounting features belong to the same part definition. Follow them from the drawing discussion to the manufacturing and inspection scope.
The internal space and the features it needs to accommodate.
The surface that meets the cover or a neighboring component.
The agreed positions and interfaces used to connect the part.
Enclosures, mounting faces and connection features that give other parts a place to fit.
Machined brackets, locating components and fixtures made for a defined application.
Spacers, bushings and rotational parts produced around the dimensions and finish in the agreed specification.
Work that connects
A shared part revision, material specification and acceptance scope give production and inspection a common reference.

From review to handoff
We review the current drawing revision, material, quantity and intended use. Questions about fit and mating components are resolved before release.
Deburring, finishing and any assembly requirements are included in the scope, with protected surfaces identified where relevant.
The finished components are checked against the agreed inspection scope, identified and prepared for the next stage.
