Your service visit

Know what to expect.
Before we get there.

A clear description, a practical assessment and an agreed scope. Here is how Copperline approaches a repair, replacement or planned plumbing visit.

Tell us what needs attention.

Start with the room, the fixture and what you have noticed. For planned work, describe the change and the stage your project has reached.

Review the proposed work.

We assess the plumbing involved and explain the work, price and any relevant access or coordination requirements.

Agree the scope.

The repair or installation proceeds after the work is agreed. Additional findings are discussed before the scope changes.

Walk through the result.

We review the completed work and the handoff information, including any follow-up that has been identified.

Questions answered

A little more
before the visit.

Do I need to know which part has failed?

No. Describe the room and what you have noticed. Assessment is part of the visit, and the proposed work is explained before it proceeds.

How is the price agreed?

The scope and price are explained after the work has been assessed. If further work is identified, it is discussed before that additional work goes ahead.

Can I provide my own fixture?

Tell us what you have selected before arranging installation. We review the product, compatibility and the work required so the installation scope is clear.

Do you work with property managers?

Yes. We agree the point of contact, access arrangements, approval process and handoff information with the person responsible for the property.

Can you help during a remodel?

Yes. We coordinate the plumbing scope and sequence with the homeowner, builder and other trades involved.

What should I include for an urgent problem?

Describe what is happening, the room or fixture involved and whether the problem is ongoing. Selecting an urgent problem does not confirm a service time.

Will the first visit finish every job?

That depends on the assessment, access and parts required. We explain the next step if the work needs a further visit or coordination.

What happens after the work?

We review the completed scope, relevant care information and any follow-up with you or the agreed property contact.
