Choose the right model
A prototype does not need to answer everything.
A simple model can help compare size and proportions. A more detailed one can test handling or how parts fit together. We choose the detail needed for the question you want answered.
Interaction studies
Controls, grips and touch points are represented at a useful scale so they can be discussed in context.
Assembly studies
Component arrangements and joins are explored through simplified models, with unresolved engineering recorded for the next stage.

We document observations, revise the design and distinguish what the model showed from what still needs testing.
