Adults getting to know a reformer with the instructor

Before the class

Arrive ready to get familiar.

Wear comfortable exercise clothing and grip socks, and bring water. Arrive a little before the class so there is time to put your things away, meet the instructor and hear the equipment orientation.

The first conversation is about the class format and the practical arrangements. This public enquiry does not collect health information.

In the room

Let the instructor guide the setup.

The reformer uses a moving carriage, springs and adjustable parts. Class instruction covers the setup used in the session and the transitions through the planned sequence. Ask when a direction or piece of equipment is unfamiliar.

Foundations gives more time to that orientation than the other group formats.
