The studio
A clear room
for a focused class.
Natural light, wood-frame reformers and a layout built around group instruction.

The space
Know where everything belongs.
The reformers are arranged with space for the instructor to move through the room. There is a place for personal items and time before the class to get familiar with the equipment.
The studio routine keeps practical details simple: arrive a little early, bring water, use grip socks and follow the instructor’s directions for setup and equipment changes.
The people
A group class is still a conversation.
The instructor leads the sequence and explains the work. Questions about an unfamiliar direction are part of learning the format. Private sessions provide a separate setting with one instructor.
