The instructors
Maya Rowe and Sam Park lead the class formats and private sessions. Their role is to explain the setup, guide the planned sequence and help participants understand the class.
Meet the studio teamPrivate sessions
A 55-minute session gives space to work through the equipment and format at an individual pace.
Before you come in
Foundations introduces the equipment, setup and structure of a reformer class at a measured pace. A private session is another way to spend time on the format with an instructor.
Wear comfortable exercise clothing, bring water and use grip socks in the studio. Arrive a little before the class so there is time to meet the instructor and settle in.
Flow connects familiar sequences with fewer pauses. Strength uses a more deliberate tempo and repeated sequences around the reformer’s resistance. Both assume familiarity with the equipment.
