Flow · 50 minutes
Connect the work.
Keep the class moving.
A group format for adults familiar with the reformer and the setup used in class.

The format
Fewer pauses between familiar sequences.
Flow connects parts of the class with a more continuous rhythm. The instructor guides transitions and equipment changes, while participants bring familiarity with the reformer and the group-class structure.
The emphasis is on following the planned sequence with attention to the directions, rather than stopping for a full introduction to each piece of equipment.
Choosing the format
Understand the starting point.
If the reformer is new to you, read the Foundations description first. If you already know the equipment, the weekly outline shows where Flow sits alongside the other formats.
